I have been meeting with a group twice a month to discuss a book called, "Conversations with a Spirit: Between Death and Life" by a prolific writer and teacher, Dolores Cannon.

After being introduced to Dolores Cannon and her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, I searched and found many of her YouTube videos, which peaked my interest. I continued to grow fascinated with her stories the more I listened. In the midst of many personal, educational, and professional experiences, I decided it was time for me to attend her training session. I wanted to learn more, so I began my journey by participating in Level 1 training, which took place in Arkansas in 2015, which was taught by her daughter, Julia Cannon. After independently utilizing the techniques in the state of Maryland and having much success, I decided to gain more knowledge and expertise by attending Level 2 training in Canada in 2016.

In order to continue my growth and understanding of the field and to discuss QHHT with like-minded individuals, i decided to start a book club in Owings Mills, Maryland dedicated to reading Dolores Cannon's books, starting with her first, and experiencing the situations in which QHHT was used with individuals by its founder.

The book club, Metaphysics and Real Life, explores her books and gives us the opportunity to consider the spiritual and metaphysical world from the point of view presented during her sessions and from the book club members' different perspectives. So far, we have had phenomenal discussions!
